These terms are the rules for playing Mimic2, on our website and in our apps. By creating an account or playing as a guest you agree to them, so please read them. If you do not agree, please do not play.
Who can play
You need to be at least 13 years old to play. If you live in the UK or the European Economic Area and are under 16, ask a parent or guardian before you create an account.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it, so keep your sign-in to yourself.
If you play as a guest, your character stays tied to that browser or device until you save it to an account. Clearing your browser data can lose a guest character for good, and we cannot bring it back.
You can delete your account at any time from the account settings in the game, or by emailing us. Deleting it removes your character and everything on it, and it cannot be undone.
The game is free
Mimic2 is free to play. If optional paid features are ever added, these terms will be updated before they go live.
Gold, items and progress
Gold, items, characters and everything else you earn exist only inside the game. They have no money value, they cannot be exchanged for money, and they are not your property. While you play, you have a personal right to use them.
The game keeps being balanced and updated, so what an item does, how often it drops or what it costs can change. We may remove gold, items or progress that came from a bug or from breaking these rules.
Fair play
You share Mimic2 with other players, so a few rules keep it fair:
- Do not buy or sell gold, items, characters or accounts for real money, cryptocurrency or anything else outside the game.
- Do not use extra accounts to feed gold or items to another account.
- Do not use bots, scripts, modified game clients or anything else that plays for you, and do not knowingly use bugs. If you find one, tell us.
- Do not pick a character name that is offensive, impersonates Mimic2 or someone else, or contains someone's personal information.
- Do not try to break into, overload or disrupt the game, its servers or other players' accounts.
If the rules are broken
We may remove what was gained by breaking these rules, rename a character, or suspend or close the account. Serious or repeated cases can be closed without warning. If you think we got it wrong, email us and we will look again.
Availability and changes to the game
We work to keep Mimic2 running, but it can be down for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. Features can change or be removed, and one day the game could close. If it does, we will announce it in advance through our official channels.
Liability
Mimic2 is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost progress, lost data or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Privacy
What we collect and how we handle it is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. For important changes we will also tell players in the game or through our official channels. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are handled by the courts of Türkiye. This does not take away any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
